Synthesis, Medical/Legal Review, and Dissemination of Medical Policies to a Pharma Field Organization
Client
A Top 5 Pharma manufacturer is mired in a complicated process to retrieve, synthesize, gain legal approval for, and disseminate drug medical policies to its field organization.
Complication
Multiple vendors, processes, and internal personnel are connected through a web of dependencies that are inefficient in procuring, synthesizing, and summarizing medical policies for use by the field organization. Too much time is lost in the process and the accuracy and dependability of data provided from the process is less than the reliable. Cost is substantial and growing over time.
Result
Pharmspective is developing a separate LLM devoted to this USE CASE. Medical Policies are housed inside of this LLM and standardized pre-approved content as well as customized content can be generated by this LLM and “pushed” to the appropriate internal parties for review and approval. The goal of this initiative is to streamline the current cumbersome process with a digitally efficient policy dissemination system.,
